Focusing Your Attention Using Meditation
Part of our lessons will focus on meditation. Clearing the mind, this exercise helps to cast away distracting thoughts. In this enhanced state, you are more prepared to absorb the information offered to you. A number of other spiritual services are also available to our customers.
These sessions are most effective when performed on a two-on-one basis. That means one person will watch while two people demonstrate, making our sessions the perfect activity to invite a friend along to. Because our training works best in small groups, we politely accept groups of no more than four people. Depending on your preference, the training may take place at our property or your own.
